Parent - Teacher interviews are an opportunity for a more in-depth conversation to occur regarding your child/ren across different learning areas. While Semester reporting provides baseline data, aligned to the Achievement Standards, the opportunity to discuss these results allows teachers a chance to refer to specific strengths and potential areas of focus going forward. Such information and collaboration between both staff, parents and students, is vital in improving student learning and outcomes. As such, we strongly encourage your involvement.
Your child/ren's educational journey is important to our staff and as a result they provide additional time in their busy schedules to specifically meet with you every semester. The time and locations for these meetings are emailed to all parents in advance.
We understand that parents/carers have a busy schedules and that the day/date provided may not suit all families. Please note that our staff are always willing to discuss your child/ren as they see the benefits of collaborative relationships. If you would like to discuss anything with our staff, please ring the main office or contact the staff directly to arrange a meeting time.
